Mr. Kane’s 30+ years of real estate finance experience ranges from that of a real estate loan officer at the Chase Manhattan Bank to positions in medium and large-sized private development companies. This business experience, coupled with graduate degrees in business administration and real estate development, gives him a unique background based in theoretical and practical real estate finance. He has, in addition to conventional real estate knowledge, developed an expertise in the FHA/USDA mortgage insurance programs. Reneé D. Greenman - Managing Director


Reneé D. Greenman attended undergraduate studies at Washington State and the University of Washington and graduate school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. After several years as an associate broker and branch manager for a major Washington real estate firm, Ms. Greenman joined HUD in 1987 and became the Seattle Hub Director in 1998, As the Seattle Multifamily Hub Director, she had geographic responsibility for Washington, Alaska, Oregon and Idaho, and oversight of a portfolio of 1225 properties, involving over $240,000,000 in annual subsidy payments and with a total mortgage obligation of over 3 billion dollars. Ms. Greenman led a pilot Lean Initiative Redesign for HUD’s 232 Health Care Facilities program which has been implemented nationwide and for which she served as the National Field Operations Director for three years.

James Schneider - Senior Vice President, Origination


Mr. Schneider has originated and closed loans in FHA/LEAN programs, such as FHA 221(d)(4), 223(f), 231, 232, 202, and 213(i) programs (Multifamily, Senior & Healthcare), primarily focusing on the 223(a)(7) and LEAN transactions. In addition to his experience at Centennial, he was Director of Originations at Prudential Huntoon Paige. Prior to working in FHA, he served as an auditor for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Schneider has an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago, and a Bachelors Degree in Business and Accounting from Seattle University.

Sunny Fitzgerald - Vice President, Origination


Ms. Fitzgerald has successfully financed innovative and complex affordable and subsidized multifamily housing and healthcare projects utilizing HUD and Fannie Mae. Her notable and pioneering accomplishments include: refinancing the very first HUD 202/223(f) and continuing with dozens more; recapitalization and conversion of a buy-in life care community to affordable seniors rental housing; serving as a development consultant for the construction of a non-profit assisted living facility utilizing HUD 232 financing and debt service savings from a 202/223(f) . Taking a consultative, creative and collaborative approach, Ms. Fitzgerald is an advocate for her clients and their mission to preserve and grow affordable housing stock.

Hugh Jeffers - Vice President, Origination


As Vice President for Originations, Hugh Jeffers is responsible for originating new business around the county. Mr. Jeffers has over 18 years of real estate finance experience with a particular emphasis on FHA insured multifamily loans. Mr. Jeffers has a particular expertise in Senior and Cooperative housing. Prior to joining Centennial Mortgage, Mr. Jeffers worked in originations for Love Funding, Bellwether Enterprise, and Arbor Commercial Mortgage. He also developed and managed the FHA lending operation and affordable housing team for the National Cooperative Bank in Washington, DC. In addition to FHA experience, Mr. Jeffers has made extensive use of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily programs. He holds a bachelors degree from Lafayette College in Economics and Art and a master’s degree from New York University, Stern School of Business. Mr. Jeffers serves on the board of the National Association of Housing Cooperatives.

Michael McCullough - Vice President, Origination


Michael McCullough is the Vice President of Origination at Centennial Mortgage. He is responsible for the production of loans primarily in the FHA Programs. In the period of 2009 through 2015 he has produced 35 transactions for $162 million in mortgage loans for affordable multifamily housing projects. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. McCullough was the Director of the Office of Multifamily Development at HUD. He was responsible for all new production of FHA multifamily mortgage insurance loans in the United States. Also he developed Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP), a method for processing insurance applications that is now in use at HUD’s multifamily offices. Before HUD, he spent nine years with the National Association of Home Builders where he served as the Director of Multifamily Finance. From 1974 to 1990, he was employed by the West Virginia Housing Development Fund (the state housing finance agency). He served there as the Deputy Director for housing production activities and as chief financial officer. He received his Bachelors degree in Engineering from West Virginia University and his Masters degree in City Planning from Harvard University.

Terrance Watkins - Vice President, Origination


Mr. Watkins has over 17 years experience working in the housing industry. He joined Centennial Mortgage, Inc. in August 2009 and is responsible for originating multifamily and healthcare mortgages under HUD’s FHA insurance programs. Moreover, his aim will be to cultivate lending relationships with borrowers across the country. Prior to joining Centennial Mortgage, Inc he worked with Prudential Huntoon Paige as Director of Originations. Mr. Foti has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate loan origination, primarily with FHA multifamily and GSE loan programs. David Bartlett has been working in the real estate industry since 1984. Starting in construction and land development, Mr. Bartlett has worked with various firms in the lending, asset management, risk mitigation, brokerage, and underwriting fields. Jaymes Katilus - Vice President, Underwriter


Mr. Katilus has over 30 years of real estate experience, primarily in the field of FHA multifamily and healthcare financing. Following 12 years in the construction management industry Jaymes joined HUD in 1987 as a multifamily appraiser, leaving as a Team Leader/Production Specialist. In 1999 he joined Arbor Commercial Mortgage as a HUD approved Underwriter and subsequently served as the FHA Chief Underwriter for American Property Financing, Wachovia Multifamily Capital and Tavernier Capital Funding.
