Mr. Lewin has nearly 45 years of experience in the real estate industry spanning land development, as well as construction of single family, multifamily, industrial and commercial projects. For over 28 years, Mr. Lewin has assisted clients to structure and arrange financing for construction, repositioning and recapitalizing multifamily and healthcare projects. His extensive experience with both the FHA and GSE loan programs was acquired while at Prudential Financial and the Red Capital Group. Mr. Lewin received his BS in Real Estate from San Diego University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
