Sunny has successfully financed innovative and complex affordable and subsidized multifamily housing utilizing HUD, USDA and Fannie Mae. Her notable and pioneering accomplishments include: refinancing the very first HUD 202/223(f) and continuing with dozens more; recapitalization and conversion of a buy-in life care community to affordable seniors rental housing; refinancing USDA 515/8 projects; substantial rehabilitation of Section 8 Mark-Up-Market projects; acquisition and rehab with Tax Exempt Bonds and 4% LIHTC including a Section 8bb transfer. Sunny’s clients include housing authorities, and for profit and non-profit owners of affordable housing.
