PROJECT OVERVIEW

Emma McRedmond Manor, a Section 202 elderly housing complex in Redmond, WA, has been revitalized with a $6.7 million FHA 221(d)(4) loan from CMI. The project includes substantial rehabilitation and a 20-year Mark Up to Market Section 8 contract renewal to ensure the preservation of affordable housing. Additionally, the City of Redmond and King County contributed over $2 million in extra funding.

The owner’s team was led by Jeane LeDuc and Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington and included Bluebrook Architecture and Ryan General Contractors. The CMI team included Chad Nykiel, Julie Ellithorpe, Jennifer Heckaman, Debbie Gray, Cindy Ross, and Sunny Fitzgerald. Congratulations to everyone involved!
