Ms. Heckaman has been part of the Centennial Mortgage team for over 26 years specializing in multifamily lending. She is a MAP approved Underwriter and Construction Loan Administrator and is responsible for the closing of all MAP/LEAN/USDA loans and the asset management of Centennial’s over $1.6 billion dollar loan portfolio. Her closing, construction and underwriting background provides a vast knowledge and experience in problem resolution and quality control for all of CMI clients and staff.
