Mark Tran joined CMI as a Vice President of Originations in 2020. Based in Columbus, Ohio, he provides permanent and bridge debt to owners and developers of senior housing, healthcare, and multifamily properties. His deep knowledge of the senior housing and healthcare industry is derived from over 15 years of experience as a lender, broker, and owner/investor. Marks has closed transactions of all sizes, from $220 million portfolios to $2 million single-assets. His focus is on debt solutions for owners who are seeking to increase operating cash flow, cash-out trapped equity, and lock-in low-interest, permanent financing. As an additional benefit to his clients, Mark leverages his investment and ownership experience to help evaluate proposed development projects and potential value-add acquisitions. Over his career Mark has been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion.
