    Sheryldene Rogers has undergraduate degrees from Eastern Washington University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Gonzaga University. She began working in the multifamily industry in 1992, facilitating preservation of affordable units under HUD’s LIHPRHA program. She then transitioned into the role of Development Consultant for non-profit organizations, developing nearly 40 new properties in the Pacific Northwest that provided deeply-subsidized residences for very-low-income seniors and persons with disabilities. Additionally, she oversaw property management of 1,400 units and facilitated the sale, acquisition, refinance, and/or rehab of approximately 400 units of affordable housing units. These experiences have proved to be invaluable to Ms. Rogers in her role with the Centennial underwriting team, assisting clients in maximizing the benefits of HUD-insured loans.
