President – Mr. Kane’s 30+ year career in real estate includes a wide spectrum of experience from positions in money center banks to finance and operational positions in public and privately held development companies. This direct experience, coupled with graduate degrees in Business Administration and Urban Planning/Real Estate, gives him a unique ability to draw upon both the theoretical and practical when looking for solutions to the myriad of challenges present in today’s constantly changing environment. Matt has, in addition to an expertise in conventional real estate, developed a mastery of the HUD/USDA mortgage insurance programs having closed billions of dollars of new construction and permanent HUD and USDA insured loans.
