The US 10 year treasury rate opened at the same level it ended on Friday. The equity markets are also flat with investors focusing on the FOMC meeting Tuesday and Wednesday. In addition, the investment community will be analyzing corporate earnings this week, including Tesla’s, as an indication of the overall strength of the economy.
