The Centennial Mortgage, Inc. (CMI) team is pleased to celebrate the Service Anniversary for Sheryldene Rogers. Sheryldene was a developer who was also a client of CMI. In January 2016, she began consulting for CMI while completing her last development projects, and then officially joined CMI in May 2017 as a junior underwriter. She has worked on a variety of projects for the company and in 2020 became a MAP Approved Underwriter. In addition to her underwriting responsibilities, Sheryldene also helped create and maintain the underwriting group’s policies and procedures as well as educational materials that can be shared with clients who are navigating the FHA waters.
