Kevin Roach is a Vice President of Originations at Centennial Mortgage. Based in our South Bend headquarters, Kevin is responsible for originating and structuring multifamily and healthcare debt through the various HUD/FHA/USDA lending programs. Kevin began his career as an analyst at Centennial in 2010, before leaving in 2013 to serve as Director of Debt Financing for a privately held multifamily real estate owner/operator in the Detroit area. While there, Kevin sourced and closed all debt financing totaling in excess of $900M. He also has led the disposition of more than sixty properties, including hundreds of millions of CMBS loan defeasances and agency and HUD prepayments. He brings an expertise in HUD, CMBS, Agency, Life Co, and conventional financing, and has significant transactional experience. His extensive borrowing experience and ownership driven perspective provides valuable insights to borrowers, whether they are developing, acquiring, or refinancing assets.
