Debra comes to us with 10+ years prior experience as a U.S. Department of HUD Construction Loan Administrator for both MAP and LEAN transactions. She has overseen and actively participated in the management of $1.6 billion in MAP and LEAN construction loans and personally managed $136 million which included the complex LIHTC transactions.
