PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Loudon TN Housing Authority was successful in their RAD conversion from public housing to Section 8. The county commissioners and Executive Director worked diligently through the FHA 223(f) loan process. Their consultants, at Recap Advisors were masterful guides through the RAD conversion. And the CMI counsel lead by Krooth and Altman and the borrower counsel at Bass, Berry and Sims navigated a tight closing timeline. CMI was happy to assist the Loudon Housing Authority preserve their much-needed housing and know that they will continue to serve their community and residents for many years to come.
