The Mission Mavens have been at it again. This time helping to secure capital improvements for the Stella Maris House in Miami Beach.
Centennial Mortgage, Inc.’s Vice President Sunny Fitzgerald and team are thrilled to have brought another FHA 223(f) project loan to closing for the skilled and vibrant team at Catholic Housing Management (CHM) and their consultant, Gates Kellett with Gates Development Group, LLC.
Stella Maris House, built in 1985, is a multifamily project-based Section 8 property located in Miami, Florida that contains 136 units of affordable elderly housing. The 223(f) loan is funding capital improvements at the project, and by the time construction is complete, Stella Maris will be almost 30 years old. What a nice birthday present – a facelift to the building and improved living spaces for the residents!
