Bryan, based in Atlanta, GA, is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in underwriting analysis and multifamily lending. Prior to joining Centennial, he served as an Underwriting Analyst, where he supported senior underwriters by analyzing property performance, preparing loan committee packages, and managing transaction details. With over a decade of experience in FHA loan processing and underwriting, Bryan has demonstrated expertise in evaluating financial statements, reviewing legal documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. He holds an MBA from Brenau University and has completed specialized training in FHA Multifamily Underwriting through the Mortgage Bankers Association. Bryan is passionate about delivering analytical insights and fostering strategic growth within the real estate finance industry. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
