Centennial Mortgage is pleased to welcome David Bartlett back to the team as a Senior MAP Underwriter. David received his HUD MAP lender approval while working at Oppenheimer Financial in 2013. Since then, he has worked for several HUD lenders, underwriting new construction, market rate and affordable housing. David has been working in the real estate industry since 1984. Starting in construction and land development, he has worked with various firms in the lending, asset managements, risk mitigation, brokerage, and underwriting fields. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of project review and analysis, with over 12 years of LIHTC financing experience while working for the State of Georgia’s Affordable Housing Department. Centennial Mortgage is looking forward to growing the knowledge base of its underwriting team with strong members like David. WELCOME!
