Meet Brian

Brian has spent his entire career in HUD/FHA lending, with the unusual background of having worked both sides of the desk. He started at Centennial in 2014 as a junior underwriter, was promoted to FHA Underwriter, and then moved to Colliers Mortgage in 2021 as a Senior Underwriter handling HUD, Fannie Mae, debt fund, and conventional executions. Across $500+ million in underwritten HUD volume, he never had a deal rejected by HUD — a 100% success rate covering market-rate, LIHTC, and Section 8 projects, including HUD's more complicated executions like RAD for PRAC sub-rehabs and LIHTC transactions. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University. He lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife and four children.
