Chad started his commercial real estate career while finishing his undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. With over 10 years in the multifamily industry, Chad has worked for a developer, owner, management agent, and lender. He is well versed in the affordable housing industry having won two 9% LIHTC awards. Now with his diverse skillset, Chad joins Centennial Mortgage as an FHA MAP Underwriter to address their clients’ needs.
