Cindy Ross is a Project Manager with Centennial Mortgage Inc., assisting with Affordable Multifamily Loan Origination. She has more than 18 years of cumulative experience working with project-based Section 8 and Section 202 elderly programs in her role with Centennial, and as a Performance Based Contract Administrator (PBCA), where she administered multifamily affordable housing in multiple states. She delivers technical expertise as well as collaborative strategic services to help owners position themselves to make needed infrastructure and aesthetic improvements to their buildings while maximizing cash flow.
