Debbie began her lending career in 1998 in residential mortgage closing before transitioning into FHA Multifamily in 2009. She brings over 12 years’ experience in managing FHA construction loans including MAP, LEAN and LIHTC projects. Additionally, she is a MAP approved Construction Loan Administrator and has led a team with an active construction loan portfolio of up to $1.7 billion. Debbie believes client service and relationship building are essential to being successful and applies this approach to her work each day.
