Meet Madeleine

Madeleine has originated and closed approximately $700 million in loans through HUD, Agency, bank, life company, debt fund, and CPACE financing products for the construction and permanent financing across multiple asset classes. Her focus is on multifamily, senior housing, and skilled nursing facilities nationwide. Prior to Centennial, Madeleine worked in HUD and Agency Originations and Marketing Operations at other lending institutions. Prior to working in mortgage banking, Madeleine worked in business development in both Seattle and New York City for a marketing services firm catering to Fortune 500 companies.
