The 10 year treasury is flat this morning having only a 1 basis point change since last Monday. This softness reflects growing concern over additional lockdowns and travel restrictions resulting from the coronavirus and the escalation of political tension stemming from the vacated supreme court seat following the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
