The project was refinanced under the 223(f) Program for $20,960,000 in 2015 to complete repairs, restructure the borrower entities between IOI partners, and provide the borrower with cash out.
Parc at Rogers is a 250 Unit, Market Rate Project consisting of 25 2-story garden style apartment buildings. The apartment complex also features a gym, pool, spa, and attached garages for its residents.
