Centennial Mortgage, Inc. recently closed another FHA 223f loan for the skilled and vibrant team at Catholic Housing Management (CHM) and their consultant, Gates Kellett with Gates Development Group, LLC.
Stella Maris House, built in 1985, is a multifamily project-based Section 8 property located in Miami, Florida that contains 136 units of affordable elderly housing. The 223f loan is funding capital improvements at the project, and by the time construction is complete, Stella Maris will be almost 30 years old. What a nice birthday present – a facelift to the building and improved living spaces for the residents!
