10 year US Treasury rates are flat at .66% As the market opened on Tuesday after Labor Day at .67%. Fundamentals have not changed and with light economic data coming out this week we do not expect much volatility. The Fed will hold a press conference on Wednesday after their meeting but all indications point to supporting the fragile economy.
