The initial shipments of the Pfizer vaccine in the US is providing a bit of optimism as the death toll from Covid-19 approaches 300,000. In addition, a stimulus package of $900 Billion is being rolled out today although it will need bipartisan support to pass before year end.
The Centennial Mortgage, Inc. (CMI) team is pleased to celebrate the Service Anniversary for Tiffany Bernal. Tiffany joined CMI in December 2011 as an underwriter after spending the early part of her FHA career at Davis Penn. She is MAP and 232 approved and has also worked on several cooperative financing transactions with CMI.
The optimism in the market from last week has receded. The reality of slower job growth, a breakdown in the Brexit negotiations and possible sanctions on China has caused the 10 year treasury rate to fall to .93% as the stock market stumbles.

Currently the surge in Covid-19 cases is being offset by an optimism in vaccines that could end the pandemic. The optimism is gaining traction as the worlds equity markets are up a record 13% in November.
