After attending the grand re-opening reception of Garten Haus Apartments, Matt Kane, president of Centennial Mortgage, Inc. remarked warmly, “The project looks great! In addition to the beautiful town of Leavenworth, the project and the party, I also took a video of a resident singing her self-composed song titled ‘I am Home’, which was the highlight of everyone’s day! It was a nice event.”
“Our partners were very complimentary to the Centennial team, with a special shout out to Sunny Fitzgerald,” Matt continued. “I just kept telling everyone how lucky I was to work with such a skilled and passionate team. And despite any challenges, everyone is excited to work on future projects together which is the highest form of praise.”
“To everyone who had a hand in making such an outstanding project a reality, thank you. Trust me when I say that we would all be so lucky to retire in such a beautiful place.”
What a difference a year (or two) makes! We compiled this video and were happy to visit with a few of our partners including ZBA Architecture, Office of Rural and Farmworker Housing, Enterprise Community Partners, and The Housing Authority of Chelan County & the City of Wenatchee to see this transformation in person.
