Centennial Mortgage is thrilled to be an exclusive sponsor of upcoming RAD for PRAC trainings in January 2020. The trainings are focused on HUD’s new RAD for PRAC conversion program, which is described in Revision 4 to the RAD Notice, issued on 9/5/2019.
This important program strives to assist owners and managers in preserving long-term Section 8 housing.
Centennial Mortgage will be on hand at the following trainings in California:
- January 13 & 14, 2020: San Francisco, California
- The training will be held at the the Embassy Suites just north of San Francisco.

We are limiting registration to only owners and managers of PRAC properties, and the cost to register is $325 until December 30th. After December 30th, prices increase by $100.
